Sinterklaas Eve Recipes!

As with every holiday, there are many kinds of food that are traditionally eaten on Sinterklaas Eve! One of the most popular is blanket letters, or "banketletters" (shown above). These are pastries that are shaped into the first letter of somebodies name. They are often made for guests and family members that attend Sinterklaas Eve celebrations.
