Sinterklaas Eve Traditions!

There are a lot of different things to do on Sinterklaas Eve, but here are some of the more common traditions!  

.Children put their shoes by the door in the hopes that Sinterklaas will come in the night and fill them with candies and toys.

. People do a lot of gift exchanges, and also write anonymous poems to eachother. While some of these poems list the good qualities of the person receiving it, others are used to criticize or make fun of.

. There are a lot of Sinterklaas Eve parties, where people get together with loved ones and exchange gifts. They also sing traditional Sinterklaas songs.
