What Is Sinterklaas Eve?
Sinterklaas Day, a Dutch celebration, is celebrated on the 5th of December. It is a day to recognize St. Nicholas. However, most of the celebrations actually happen the day before, on Sinterklaas Eve. This is when parties are held, songs are sung, and gifts are given.
